We are looking for someone with at least 2 years of sales experience
(auto sales preferred) but we do provide ongoing training. Please

-Assists customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
-Approaches, greets, and offers assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot.
-Follows up on all sold and unsold prospects via phone and email.
-Explains fully product performance, application, and benefits to
prospects and describes all optional equipment available for customer
-Completes sales orders and processes paperwork (including insurance
information, trade title, etc.) to finance and insurance manager.
-Prepares sold vehicles for customer delivery and ensures that the
customer understands the vehicle's operating features, warranty, and
-Introduces customers to service department personnel to emphasize to
them the quality and efficiency of service repairs and maintenance
available in the dealership's service department and schedules first
-Maintains a prospect development system.
-Professional appearance and hygiene
-Must have at least a high school education/GED
-Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years.
-No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 3 years (DUI/DWI).
-Must be willing to take a pre-employment drug screening test.
-Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work
authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the
-Must have at least 2 years solid experience in retail sales, along with demonstrated strong negotiation/marketing skills.
-Must be able to work full time hours including every Saturday 8:30am - 4pm
